Melamine tableware production process |
Melamine plastic tableware, also known as imitation porcelain tableware, is widely used in the fast food industry and children's catering industry for its lightness, beauty, ability to withstand low temperatures (can be placed directly in the refrigerator), resistance to boiling (can be steamed or boiled in boiling water), resistance to pollution, and not easy to fall and break. It is deeply loved by consumers and children. |
Melamine tableware is made of melamine resin through high temperature molding. The general process is as follows: |

1.Preheating procedure: Use the raw material box to weigh the materials according to the weight of the tableware to be produced, put them into the high-profile wave for uniform preheating, so that the powdered raw materials can be lumped together. 2.Plain noodle process: Pour the preheated agglomerated raw materials into the mold, start the mechanical plain noodle process, and go through high temperature and high pressure to solidify and shape. 3.Decal procedure: Cut the flower paper that has been brushed with varnish powder into flower shapes and stick it on the plain tableware as required. The flower paper should be stuck straight and the decals should be placed in a moderate direction to make it look beautiful and elegant. After sticking the flowers, start the mechanical printing procedure. |

4.Gold adding procedure: After the product is pasted with the flower, sprinkle the gloss powder evenly on the surface of the product. Do not sprinkle too little gloss powder, otherwise it will affect the color of the product. Of course, do not sprinkle too much. Then start the machine, and after the high temperature and high pressure of the machine, the surface of the product will have a glossy luster like porcelain. 5.Polishing procedure: After the product is produced, it needs to be ground and polished, because the products produced have burrs, which are not conducive to people's use in life and can easily cause damage to people's hands and mouths; therefore, grinding and polishing are indispensable. Through grinding and polishing, the burrs of the product can be removed, making the product look more beautiful and the edges smoother. 6.Inspection and packaging procedures: After the product has passed the grinding and polishing operations, it enters the inspection stage. In order to ensure product quality and strictly control quality inspection, initial inspection and re-inspection should be set up to pick out unqualified products and then put them into storage for packaging. |
